  • Must have a monthly income of ₹15,000 or below.
  • Must not be a member of any other Welfare Fund established under any law.

Application Process

Online (via CSCs) and Offline:

Registration as a Building/Construction Worker:

    Approach the nearest Sewa Kendra or Registering Officers/Labour Inspector to submit Application Form No. 28, along with a registration fee of ₹25 (one-time) and a monthly contribution of ₹10. The registration is valid for a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 5 years.

  2. Renewal:
    After one year, renewal is required by submitting an application in Form-27A along with a renewal fee of ₹10. Failure to renew results in cancellation, requiring a fresh application.
