Eligibility

Application Process

    • Complete all mandatory fields in the form.
    • Paste a passport-size photograph (signed across, if required).
    • Attach self-attested copies of all necessary documents.
  3. Submit the Form:
    • Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the required documents to the appropriate authority.
  4. Receipt & Acknowledgment:
    • Request a receipt or acknowledgment from the authority, ensuring it contains the submission date, time, and a unique identification number (if applicable).
