“Pension Yojana (JBOCWWB)” is a 100% state-sponsored scheme initiated by the Department of Labour, Employment, Training & Skill Development, Govt. of Jharkhand. This scheme provides a monthly pension of ₹1,000/- to construction workers who have contributed to the Jharkhand Building and Other Construction Worker Welfare Board (JBOCWWB) for at least 30 years. Only residents or domiciles of Jharkhand are eligible to apply.

The applicant should be registered as a worker with the JBOCWWB. - Age & Work:
The applicant should be between 18-60 years of age while contributing, and must attain at least 60 years of age to start receiving the pension. - Contribution:
The registered worker must have made continuous contributions for 30 years. - Occupation:
The scheme covers workers engaged in construction work such as masons, carpenters, electricians, porters, painters, etc.
Application Process
Online
Registration:
- Visit the official website of the Comprehensive Labour Management System for Factory Establishment/Worker Registration/Inspection/Management & Grievance Redressal of the Department of Labour, Employment, Training & Skill Development, Govt. of Jharkhand.
- Click on “Login” at the top right corner, then select “Register Here”.
- Fill out the Registration Form with mandatory details (First Name, Last Name, Email, Mobile), create a Username and Password, and complete the captcha. Click “Register”. An OTP will verify your Mobile Number and Email, and upon successful verification, your registration will be complete. Your login credentials will be sent to your registered Email ID and Mobile Number.
Application:
- Log in using your Username and Password.
- Navigate to Services > BOC Scheme Benefit > Application Form. The “Scheme Benefit Form” will open.
- In the “Basic Details” section, fill in mandatory fields (marked with a red asterisk) including BOC Registration Number, Applicant’s Name, Applicant’s Father’s/Husband’s Name, Date of Birth, Aadhaar Number, District, and Sex.
- In the “Select Scheme” section, choose the “Pension Yojana (JBOCWWB)” scheme.
- In the “Upload Section”, upload the mandatory documents in the specified file format and size.
- Click “Submit Request”. Your Application ID will be displayed and also sent to your registered Email ID. Please note down this Application ID for future reference.
Check Application Status:
- Once submitted, the application undergoes a three-level approval process (Clerk > Labour Superintendent > DLC).
- Go to Services > BOC Scheme Benefit > Application Status.
- Enter your Application ID and click “Search” to view the application status, which will display details like Application ID, Applicant Name, Scheme Applied, Application Status, Remarks, Date, and Time.
- Once approved by the DLC, the application status will change to “Approved”. You can print the approval page and submit it at the Labour Office to avail of the scheme benefit.
