Student Academic Project Work – NRSC

NRSC provides offline academic project work opportunities for final-year students and research scholars. Projects are offered based on eligibility criteria, duration, and availability of guides.

Eligibility & Duration

Degree Eligibility Minimum Duration
BE / BTech Completed 6th Semester 90 days
MCA / ME / MTech Completed 1st Semester 120 days
BSc / Diploma Final-Year Students Only 90 days
MSc Completed 1st Semester 120 days
PhD Completed Coursework 90 days

Aggregate Requirement: Minimum 60% marks or CGPA 6.32/10.
Project Duration: 3 to 12 months
Preference is given to students opting for longer duration projects.
Project allotment is subject to guide availability.


NRSC Internship Programme

Internships at NRSC are offered to eligible UG/PG/PhD students from Science and Technology backgrounds.

Eligibility & Duration

  • Pursuing or recently completed (within 6 months) BE/BTech/MCA/ME/MTech/PhD

  • Must have minimum 60% aggregate or CGPA 6.32/10

  • Duration: Around 45 days

  • Seats are limited, and guide availability is essential


Documents Required for Application

To apply, students must submit the following documents via email:

  1. Letter of Recommendation

    • From HoD/Principal/Placement Officer

    • Should be addressed to:
      Group Director, Training, Education and Outreach Group, NRSC

    • File name format: CollegeAbbreviation_StudentName_Branch.pdf

    • Must mention project duration with start & end dates

  2. CV / Resume

    • Include marks from 10th grade onwards

    • File name: StudentName_Cv.pdf

  3. Mark Sheets

    • Class 10: StudentName_X.pdf

    • Class 12: StudentName_XII.pdf

    • UG and PG (if applicable): StudentName_Undergrad.pdf, StudentName_Postgrad.pdf

    • Any other relevant certificates


Application Process

Important Note:
Do not send emails to any other NRSC email IDs. Mails sent to multiple recipients or wrong addresses may lead to disqualification.

Apply at least 30 days in advance of your preferred start date for both Internship & Project Work.
