Eligibility Criteria
For Registration as a Building/Construction Worker:
- The applicant must be a resident of Odisha.
- The applicant must be a Building or Construction Worker.
- The applicant’s age should be between 18 and 60 years.
- The applicant must have worked in the construction sector for at least 90 days in a year.
- The applicant should not be a member of any other Welfare Fund established under any law.
For Application of the Welfare Scheme:
- The applicant must be a registered member of the Odisha Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.
- The worker must have been registered for at least one year.
- The children must be studying in Class 6 or above.
Application Process
Online Registration as a Building/Construction Worker:
- Visit the official website of the Odisha BOCWW Board.

- Fill in the required details and click “Proceed”.
- Enter the OTP received on your registered number and click “Submit”.
- After successful registration, note the Username for future reference.

- Fill in the required General, Address, Family, Work, and Bank details and click “Submit”.

- Registered workers can track their application status by entering their Application Tracking Number.
