Who Can Apply?
Category: Final-year students pursuing full-time Undergraduate (UG) or Postgraduate (PG) Engineering/Science courses from a recognised Indian University/Institute.
Academic Requirement:

Consistent good academic track record — minimum 75% marks or CGPA ≥ 7.5 (out of 10).

Degree should be AICTE/UGC approved.
Age Limit: Below 28 years as on date of application.
Referral Letter: A request/referral letter from your Principal/Director is mandatory — recommending you as a deserving candidate.

📌 Note: Number of posts may increase or decrease as per lab’s discretion.
Internship Period
-
Internship will be 6 months long.

Completion Certificate will be given only after successfully finishing the entire duration.

Stipend: ₹30,000 total — paid in 2 installments (₹15,000 after 3 months + ₹15,000 after completion).
Important: Minimum 15 days of attendance per month is a must to get the stipend.

2️⃣ Fill Form: Complete all sections carefully.

⚙️ Selection Process

Selection is purely on merit basis.

Shortlisted students will get intimation about joining procedures & indemnity bond via email.

No communication for rejected applications.
📌 Other Key Points

Self Expenses: Boarding, lodging, travel & medical costs are student’s own responsibility.

Non-completion: Students who do not complete full 6 months will not get stipend.

Incomplete/incorrect forms or late applications will be rejected.

CHESS reserves the right to change vacancy or criteria anytime.

✔️ Police Verification from local police station — submit acknowledgement at joining.
✔️ Undertakings for Indian Official Secrets Act & IT Rules (formats provided).
✔️ Original Aadhaar Card & College ID for verification + 3 passport photos.
✔️ Original marksheets for all semesters — for verification.
✔️ Bank account details for stipend transfer.
✔️ Any other documents as informed by CHESS at selection/joining stage.
✔️ Indemnity form provided by college if required.
