Eligibility Criteria

For the Worker (Applicant):

Must be employed in an industrial or commercial establishment in Haryana.
Must be registered with the Haryana Labour Welfare Board.
No maximum monthly salary limit or fixed service period is required.
The dependent child’s name must be listed in the worker’s ESI Card or Ration Card.

For the Dependent Child:

The child must be disabled (blind, mentally retarded, mute, or deaf) with a disability ranging between 70% and 100%.
The child must be a dependent of the registered worker.
The child should not have any source of income and must be unmarried.
The worker must not have already availed the benefit for that child in the relevant financial year.
Annual Requirement:
The worker is required to submit a living certificate for the dependent child every year, confirming that the child has no source of income and remains unmarried.

Registration Under the Haryana Labour Welfare Board:

Visit the Official Website:
- Go to the Labour Department Haryana website and click on “Welfare Board Beneficiary Login.”
Registration Process:
- If you do not have login details, click on “Click Here” to register.
- Follow instructions, tick the acknowledgment, and submit the form.
Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) Verification:
- With Family ID:
  - Select “I have family ID”, enter the PPP number, fetch family details, select the appropriate family member, and verify using OTP.
- Without Family ID:
  - You can also apply using your Aadhaar number if you don’t have a PPP ID.
Complete Registration:
- Verify pre-filled details, fill in mandatory fields (including uploading your photo), and submit.
- A successful registration confirmation is sent via SMS or email.
Login:
- Use your credentials to log in. (Note: Registration does not itself grant scheme benefits until further steps like adding work experience are completed as per guidelines.)
