Offline Process:

  1. Fistl of all the applicant should either:
    • Print the prescribed or download the application form from the official website of the Department of Labour and Employment, Goa.
    • Or, you can visit the Office of the Commissioner, Labour & Employment (which address is 2nd Floor, Sharma Shakti Bhavan, Patto Plaza, Panaji-Goa) to obtain a hard copy of the application form.
  2. After that read the form carefully and  Fill in all the mandatory fields on the application form. Attach a passport-sized photograph (signed across, if required), and include self-attested copies of all mandatory documents.
  3. Now after completing all formalities, Submit the completed application form and documents to the Office of the Commissioner, Labour & Employment.
  4. Finally you can Request a receipt for your application submission. This receipt should contain important details such as date and time of submission and a unique identification number (if applicable).
