- Stipend shall not be granted if the student has failed the previous academic year.

Eligibility
For Registration as a Building/Construction Worker
- The applicant must be a resident of Punjab.
- The applicant must be a Building/Construction Worker (Unorganised Worker).
- Age requirement: Between 18 and 60 years.
- Must have worked in construction for at least 90 days in a given year.
- Monthly income should be ₹15,000/- or below.
- The applicant must not be a member of any other Welfare Fund under any law.
- The applicant should not be a member of EPF/NPS/ESIC.
- Income taxpayers are not eligible.

- The applicant must be a registered construction worker or a child of a registered construction worker.
