One of ISRO’s leading centres, the U R Rao Satellite Centre (URSC), offers such valuable opportunities through its Internship Scheme and Student Project Trainee Program.

Internship Scheme at URSC
URSC offers short-term internships for students pursuing UG, PG, or PhD degrees, aiming to provide hands-on experience related to space technology and satellite systems.
Eligibility Criteria
-
Must be a citizen of India.

Must be a regular on-campus student enrolled in a recognized University/Institution (India or Abroad).
OR
A student who has completed UG/PG within the last 6 months of the application. -
Students from 5th semester or 3rd year onwards are eligible to apply.

Must have at least 60% aggregate marks or CGPA 6.32/10.
Internship Duration

Minimum: 15 days

Maximum: 45 days

No transport or canteen facility

No accommodation

URSC Student Project Trainee Scheme
URSC also offers a Project Trainee Scheme for students who wish to complete their final-year/semester project work in a practical research environment.
