Common Problems + Fix

“OTP not arriving during registration”: Contact your DDO to update your registered mobile number within the IFMS system — this is the officially recommended fix.

“Don’t know my Employee Code”: No need to look it up separately — it auto-displays once you’re logged in and viewing Salary or GPF Details.

“Salary slip showing ‘GrossPay’ and ‘Deductions’ but confused about Net Pay”: Net Pay = Gross Pay minus total Deductions minus any Loans/Advances — this is your actual in-hand credited amount.

“Need an older GPF statement not showing in the app”: Try gpf.delhi.gov.in directly, or contact the Principal Accounts Office support line.

“Forgot password and can’t reset”: Use “Change Password” if still logged in elsewhere, or contact the helpline numbers directly for assistance.
