Benefits
- Compensation for Deceased Workers:
- ₹50,000/- financial assistance is provided to the dependents of unregistered workers who die in accidents at construction sites or related projects.
- Relief for Permanent Disabilities:
- Permanent Disability (50% or above): ₹20,000/- is provided for workers with a permanent disability of 50% or above.

Eligibility Criteria
For Accidental Death of an Unregistered Worker:
- The applicant must be a dependent of an unregistered worker.
- The worker must have been unregistered with the Andhra Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.
- The worker must have died in an accident at a construction site or related project during the course of employment.
For Permanent Disability Claims:
- The worker must have incurred a permanent disability due to an accident at a construction site.
- For Full Permanent Disability: The disability must be 50% or above.
- For Permanent Partial Disability: The disability must be below 50%.
Application Process
Offline Application:
- Obtain Application Form:
- Visit the A.P. Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board office during working hours.
- Request a hard copy of the prescribed application form from the designated staff.
- Complete the Form:
- Fill in all mandatory fields on the form.
- Attach self-attested copies of all required documents.
