VSSC ISRO Internship & Project Work 2025

ISRO/ VSSC offers limited numbers of opportunities for Internship and Final Year Academic Project work for young academic students undergoing courses in the disciplines of Science and Technology. Whether you’re a B.Tech student, a post-graduate in science, or pursuing a PhD, VSSC invites you to explore unclassified research environments, mentored by some of India’s top space scientists and engineers.

Online application is for M E/M Tech, MSc & Integrated ME/M.Tech/ MSc and BS-MS applicants only. Applicants of other courses (BE/ BTech/ BSc/ Diploma and PhD) are requested to sent the duly filled downloaded form to the mail id mentioned in the form.

Overview of Internship at VSSC

Who Can Apply?

• Must be a citizen of India

• Should have 60% aggregate marks or CGPA 6.32/10

• Should be enrolled in a regular, on-campus program (India or abroad)

• Students can also apply within 6 months of completing their course

Eligible Courses for Internship:

• BE/B.Tech, Integrated M.Tech, ME/M.Tech

• BSc, MSc, Integrated MSc, BS-MS

• PhD (only after completing course work)

Course-wise Minimum Criteria:

Internship Duration:

• Minimum: 21 days

• Maximum: 45 days

Additional Notes:

• No stipend or financial assistance is provided

• Students are limited to one internship per degree

• Internships are offered only in unclassified areas of VSSC

• Selection is not guaranteed due to limited seats

• Students from engineering, science, or diploma backgrounds

• Must have 60% aggregate or CGPA 6.32/10

• Only for students pursuing final year academic projects

For ME/MTech/MSc/Integrated Programs:

• Current Slot: 1 July – 31 December 2025 – Applications Closed

• Next Slot: 1 January – 30 June 2026
  Application Window: 14 October – 14 November 2025

For PhD Students:

• Application form must be downloaded, filled, and submitted via email as per instructions.
