🔍 How to Check Your Payment Status (Step-by-Step)
Don’t rely on unofficial lists. Use the updated Medhasoft link to see your individual status:

Visit Medhasoft: Go to medhasoft.bih.nic.in.

Select the Scheme: Click on the link for “Mukhyamantri Kanya Utthan Yojana (Snatak)”.

Find “Student+” Tab: Hover over the “Student” menu and click on “Check Registration Status.”

Enter Details: Select your University Name and enter your University Registration Number.

Click “Get Status”: Your full profile will appear, showing your current verification level.
⚠️ What Does Your Status Mean?
If your status isn’t “Success” yet, here is what the portal is telling you:

Ready For Payment: Your verification is complete. The government is now processing the batch. You should receive the money within 7 to 15 working days.

Subject to Availability of Fund: This means your documents are perfect, but the department was waiting for the budget release. With the new fund clearance this May, these applications are now being pushed to “Ready for Payment.”

Pending / In Process: Your university nodal officer hasn’t finalized your record. You may need to visit your college with your original marksheets.
🛑 Important: The Aadhaar-Seeding Warning
The department has issued a strict notice: Aadhaar Linking is NOT the same as Aadhaar Seeding.

Even if your Aadhaar is linked to your bank account, you must ensure DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) is enabled.

If your account is not seeded, your payment will fail even if the status says “Ready.”

The Fix: Visit your bank today and ask for the “Aadhaar Seeding Form for DBT.”
