For Non-Agricultural Property (Plots/Flats) – IGRS Portal

  1. Login: Visit the official IGRS Telangana Portal.

  2. Public Data Entry (PDE): Select the “Public Data Entry” module. You will need to enter the property details, boundary measurements, and party (buyer/seller) info.

  3. Calculate & Pay: Use the “Duty Calculator” to find your exact fee. Pay the Stamp Duty and Registration charges online via the T-App Folio or Net Banking.

  4. Slot Booking: Once payment is successful, click on “Slot Booking for Citizens.” Select your preferred SRO and a date before May 26.

     

  5. Confirmation: Download the slot booking slip. You must carry this to the SRO at your designated time.

For Agricultural Land – Dharani Portal

  1. Login: Go to the Dharani Portal.

  2. Slot Booking: Click on “Slot Booking for Sale/Gift.”

  3. Details: Enter the Sy. No. and Pattadar Passbook details.

  4. Payment: Pay the requisite fees. Note: On Dharani, your registration is only “locked” once the slot is booked and the fee is paid.
