IHIP Portal Login — Disease Surveillance
IHIP = Integrated Health Information Platform
Used for tracking and reporting communicable disease outbreaks and surveillance data — primarily by Medical Officers (MOs), PHC, and CHC staff.

Common Issues and Solutions
