Step 2: Homepage shows 2 options:

Section 1 — Head of Family (HOF)
Who is the Head of Family?
The senior-most or primary earning member of the household. Usually father, grandfather, mother, or grandmother. The woman applying for Annapurna Bhandar can be the HOF or a family member.
Fill: Name (as in Aadhaar), DOB, gender, social category (UR/SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PVTG), Aadhaar number, Voter ID (EPIC number + AC number + Part number), contact number.
Section 2 — Add Family Members
Click “Add Member” for each family member:

Portal Problems — Fix
“Portal not loading”: Peak hours = heavy traffic. Try 5–7 AM or after 10 PM. Use Chrome browser on desktop if possible.

“District dropdown not working”: Refresh the page. Try a different browser. Clear cache.
