🚨 May 2026 MANDATORY Update — New VLEs के लिए: ✅ Police Verification Report (या Indian Passport) — अनिवार्य ✅ TEC Certificate — अनिवार्य इन दोनों के बिना application automatically reject हो जाएगी।

CSC Login — Step by Step

Step 1: 👉 digitalseva.csc.gov.in

Step 2: Top-right corner → “Login” button click करें

Step 3: Login page (Digital Seva Connect) खुलेगा → Enter करें:

  • 12-digit CSC VLE Username (CSC ID) या Registered Email
  • Password

Step 4: Captcha code enter करें

Step 5: “Sign In” click करें → Dashboard खुलेगा

New VLE Registration — 3 Types

3 तरह की registration होती है:

VLE Registration — Eligibility

Basic criteria:

TEC Certificate — सबसे पहले यह लें

TEC = Telecentre Entrepreneur Course — VLE registration के लिए mandatory।

Fee: ₹1,479 (one-time exam fee)

Step 2: 👉 digitalseva.csc.gov.in → “Apply” → “New Registration”

Step 3: Application type select करें → “CSC VLE”

Step 4: Enter करें:

  • TEC Certificate Number
  • Mobile Number → OTP → Verify

Step 5: Personal details fill करें:

  • नाम, DOB, Gender, Father’s name
  • Aadhaar Number

Step 6: Address + Kiosk (shop) location details

Step 7: Bank account details — IFSC, Account number
