5th Installment Date 2026 — When Will It Come?

Expected: August 2026 — Raksha Bandhan

The Odisha government has consistently released Subhadra Yojana installments on two fixed dates every year:

Installment Date Occasion
August installment Raksha Bandhan (August 9, 2025 last year) Rakhi Purnima
March installment International Women’s Day (March 8) Women’s Day

The 4th installment was released on March 8, 2026. Following this pattern, the 5th installment is expected in August 2026, around Raksha Bandhan.

No official date has been announced yet. When announced, it will appear on subhadra.odisha.gov.in and beneficiaries will receive an SMS on their registered mobile number.

What to do right now — before the 5th installment:

  • Complete Face eKYC if not done (mandatory for 2026 installments)
  • Check if your bank account is NPCI-linked and DBT-enabled
  • Verify your application status at subhadra.odisha.gov.in

If your NPCI seeding is inactive, payment will fail even if you are on the beneficiary list. Fix it now — not after the installment date.

NPCI / Aadhaar Bank Link Fix

This is the biggest reason why payments fail even for eligible women. If your bank account is not NPCI-mapped (Aadhaar seeded for DBT), money will be returned.

Check NPCI status:

  2. Click on “Bank A/c Activation or Updation Needed List”

Step 1: Visit the bank where your Subhadra-linked account is

Step 2: Tell the bank manager: “Aadhaar seeding / NPCI mapping for Subhadra Yojana DBT karna hai”

Step 3: Fill the Aadhaar Seeding form — bank will provide it

Step 4: Submit with Aadhaar photocopy + passbook

Step 5: Bank will process within 2–7 working days

Step 6: After processing, check status again on Subhadra portal

Your bank account must be: ✅ Single-holder (only your name) ✅ Aadhaar-linked ✅ DBT-enabled (NPCI mapped) ✅ Active (not dormant)
