7 Common Errors + Fixes

Error 1: “Record Not Found”

Wrong survey number or village name. Or record not yet digitized.

Fix: Select village carefully from dropdown — same-name villages exist. Try Khata number instead. Use “Know Khata by Owner’s Name” option. Still not found → visit Talati office.
