If you’ve been refreshing the HTE portal every hour since the RBSE results dropped, I have some news. The Kali Bai Bheel Medhavi Chhatra Scooty Yojana 2026 lists are starting to trickle out, but checking your name isn’t as simple as clicking a single link.

There’s a lot of noise on WhatsApp right now with “fake” PDFs, so let’s cut through the clutter and get to the actual merit list.
📅 The May 2026 Timeline
Don’t panic if the final list isn’t there yet. Typically, the Department of Higher Education releases a Provisional List first. This is basically a “rough draft” where you have a chance to fix any document errors before they finalize the winners of the 70,000 scooters.
-
Provisional List: Expected by the 3rd week of May.
-
Objection Period: You’ll get about 10 days to fix any “Lal Nishan” (objections) on your SSO portal.
-
Final List: Aiming for a June release.
🔍 How to Find Your Name (The Right Way)
Instead of searching “Free Scooty List PDF” on Google and landing on scam sites, do this:
-
Log in to your SSO Rajasthan portal.
-
Click on the Scholarship (SJE) or HTE app.
-
Check your “Application Status.” If it says “Approved by Node Officer,” you are in a very good spot.
-
If you want the full PDF, head to hte.rajasthan.gov.in and look under the “Online Scholarship” section for the 2025-26 merit links.
The “Objection” Headache
I’m seeing a massive number of girls getting flagged for Jan Aadhaar issues this month. If your name in Jan Aadhaar is even one letter different from your 10th marksheet, your application will get stuck in the “Objection List.”
Pro-tip: Don’t wait for the final list to find out you’re rejected. Check your Jan Aadhaar KYC today. If your bank account isn’t linked or your photo is 5 years old, fix it now at your nearest E-Mitra.
🛵 2026 Choice: Petrol or Electric?
For the first time, the government is really pushing the Electric Scooty (EV) option. While the petrol version is a classic, the EV comes with better long-term savings. Think about your daily college commute—if you’re traveling more than 10km a day, the EV might actually be the smarter pick for your pocket.
